How to Manage Task Attributes

You can add fields to deals to capture additional information. For example, you can add your contact’s location, preferences, status, etc., and use this data to personalize your messages.

When you edit fields and tags in the task settings, their names will change automatically in the card of each deal.

To edit a deal field, select your task board and click Settings.


Go to the “Fields” tab. This is where all the fields that you have created for tasks in the cards are located.

You can disable the added fields, edit, or delete them.

To change the order in which your fields are displayed on the task card, click and hold the six dots icon on the left of a required field, and move it to the necessary position.

You can also add new fields that will be available by default when creating deals.

Click Add Field.

Enter your field name, and select its type: string, number, date and time, link, or list.

You can make each field required for selection.

For the field type "List,” you can add variants and specify the option to "Allow multiple choice of options."

You will be able to select one or more predefined options when creating and editing a task.


You can add tags to personalize and organize your work with tasks.

You can add tags in the dashboard settings or in the deal card. Go to "Settings" in the "Tags" tab, and click Add Tag.

Enter a name, and select a color to be assigned to this tag. Click Save.

To view, remove, or change tag names created in task cards, go to the “Tags” tab.

In the “Tags” column, you can see the number of tasks associated with a certain tag. To edit a tag name, click on the three dots icon, and select the “Rename” option.

To add a new tag, go to the task card, and click on the “Add tags” field, then enter your tag name.
