Create a page after successfull payment

Available with the Pro plan and above

A seamless payment flow on your website can drive more sales even after checkout. Use payment pages to guide customers on their next steps and add a chatbot link for easy communication. This can be especially helpful for businesses that rely on repeat sales or subscriptions.

In this article, we will talk about how to create a payment page to collect and use client data.

Add the Payment widget

In the website builder, add the Payment widget. Select a product type in the widget editing panel, and add a payment method and amount.

Configure data saving options

Data saving helps stay in touch with customers and increase repeat purchases. All data points users share are saved to CRM contacts and deals.

Go to payment form settings, add fields, and select a field type and variables to store data.

Add a payment page

If you select a SendPulse-powered course as a product, payment page settings will not be available. Users will be redirected to student accounts instead.

Go to Additional form settings, and in the Link to the page after the payment confirmed field, add a link to relevant content or your chatbot.

You can add helpful or engaging content to your payment page to guide users down your sales pipeline or encourage repeat purchases. This can be a referral program, exclusive content, community, or discounts.

You can paste a link or select a page.

Chatbot

Alternatively, you can add a link to launch your SendPulse-powered chatbot. To do this, add your chatbot flow link.

To copy your chatbot flow link, in the Chatbots section, go to your chatbot and click its flow. Under the flow name, click the three dots and select Link to launch the flow.

WhatsApp does not support variable transfer, so WhatsApp chatbots can only facilitate subscriptions.

If your client completes a payment, they will be redirected to a messaging app window to subscribe to your chatbot. Once they do, the chatbot flow you linked in payment settings will run.

Use customer data

Purchases are a milestone of your sales pipeline, but they're not its final stage. It is essential to keep customers engaged and encourage future sales as well. With SendPulse, you can use data collected using your website payment forms to automate marketing campaigns.
