Сreate a subscription

Subscriptions let you automate recurring payments for digital products or services on a fixed schedule. They simplify payment management, help you track subscriber activity, and store all data in your CRM system.

In this article, we'll talk about how to create, view, and manage subscriptions.

Create a subscription

Go to eCommerce > Products and click Add product. Select the Digital product type. Add a name and description.

In the Price field, select Subscription, enter a price, and choose a currency. Set a tax if needed. Select a subscription timeframe, which can last from one day to one year.

The subscription starts when the customer completes their payment.

You can also add other product attributes, such as category, image, SKU, and properties.

Click Add.

Once you save a subscription, you won’t be able to edit its name, price, currency, tax, or duration.

Add a subscription payment

Go to your pipeline, then create a new deal or open an existing one. In the Products tab, select a subscription and click Add. Next, add a contact to your deal.

In your deal, go to the Payments tab and generate a payment link.

Currently, subscription payments are supported only by Wayforpay.
