How to manage your solutions
In this article, we will talk about how to manage created apps.
Solution list
You can view all solutions you can manage in App Directory > Home under the following tabs:
Installed | Apps you have installed in your SendPulse account. |
Shared with me | Private apps you can install. |
Created | Solutions you have added as a developer.
Depending on whether you’ve added apps or integrations, you can view and edit relevant data in corresponding tabs. If you've added apps, you can view their number of installations, date added, and current status. |
To view other developers’ solutions you have not installed, go to the app directory.
Solution status
You can view your app statuses in the Status column.
Draft | Your app will have this status immediately after its creation. Only the app creator can access it. |
Under review | Your app will have this status after you submit it for review. It will be reviewed and approved, rejected, or returned for revision. |
Approved | Your app will have this status if it gets approved and becomes available to users in the app directory. |
Blocked | Your app will have this status if it gets blocked by a moderator due to non-compliance with the SendPulse policies. |
Needs fix | Your app will have this status if a moderator returns it for revision. |
Solution actions
To select an action, click the dropdown menu.
Preview | See a brief overview of your app information, including categories, developer, tags, and description. |
Submit for review | Submit your app for review and publication in the app directory. |
Edit | Make changes to your app. All previously filled fields remain available for editing.
In editing mode, you can also copy your app developer ID and Secret. |
Delete | Permanently delete your app from the system and the app directory. |
