Take a course using the Education by SendPulse app

You can use the mobile app to study wherever you are. Open your course, view lesson materials, complete assignments and tests, and get feedback from your instructor — all in a few taps. Stay updated with notifications and manage your profile right in the app.

In this article, see how to navigate your course, complete tasks, and communicate with your instructor on mobile.

You can only take free courses or those you've purchased. To pay for a course pricing plan, go to your account using a browser.

Click a course to start learning, or click Enroll if you haven't opened it yet. Afterward, your course program will become available based on your pricing plan.

Take lessons

Go to a course section and click a lesson to see the content your instructor has added. To download helpful resources, including guides, eBooks, and presentations, click the download icon.

Once you read or view all the materials, mark the lesson as completed.

You can also rate the lesson — your rating will be visible to your instructor.

Your instructor may add assignments to lessons. To move on to other lessons, you need to submit assignments for review. Click an assignment and type in your answer in the next window. To attach files, click the paperclip icon and upload a file.

You can view lessons from multiple courses. Go to the Courses tab and select a course from the list.

Download lessons

You can download course videos in the app and watch them offline. Downloaded videos are stored within the app and can’t be shared outside of it.

You can only download videos uploaded directly to SendPulse. If your instructor adds a video from YouTube or Vimeo, you won't be able to download it in the app.

To watch downloaded videos, go to the home screen, tap the hamburger menu in the upper left corner, and open the Downloads tab.

Take tests

If a course includes a test, you'll need to take it to finish your course. Your scores will determine if you pass and earn your certificate.

Select the correct answers to see your score. If you don’t pass a test that allows multiple attempts, you can retake it by clicking the refresh icon.

If you’ve used all your attempts, contact your instructor for assistance.

View notifications

In the Notification tab, you can receive automated course updates and notifications from instructors.

If you have unread notifications, a red mark with their number will appear.

To open and read the whole notification, click it in the list. Afterward, this notification will no longer be marked as unread.

All notifications are arranged chronologically.

Ask questions

In each lesson, you can ask your instructor a question. To do this, click the message icon in the upper right corner. Enter your question and click Send.

To see all answers, go to the Question tab. Here, you can also ask questions in chats.

Edit your profile

In the Profile tab, you can change your name, log out of your account, or delete it.

You can also change your account language. To do this, tap the hamburger menu in the upper left corner, go to Settings > Language, and select a language from the list.

All other settings are only available in your account’s desktop version.
