How to use SendPulse’s affiliate program
Our affiliate program helps promote or recommend SendPulse using a unique link to earn commissions on pricing plans purchased by your invited users.
In this article, we will talk about how to join SendPulse’s affiliate program and make the most of its benefits.
What is the affiliate program?
Our affiliate program allows you to earn rewards for inviting new users to join SendPulse using an affiliate link. You can get this link in your account once you join the program. Afterward, you can share it anywhere you’d like.
Every user who creates a SendPulse account using your link is assigned to you as an affiliate. You get a commission when your affiliate makes a purchase or tops up their balance.
Within the program, you can also create personal promo codes, which affiliates can use to receive discounts. Track your performance across ad channels using tags and reports.
Join the affiliate program
Submit your application
To become a partner and receive an affiliate link, submit your application. You will receive an email with login credentials to your account where you can find your affiliate link.
Enable the Agency Area
If you have an enabled Agency Area, you can find the confirmation email in your inbox. You will get access to your account automatically once SendPulse approves your application. In this case, you will see a notification that you have already become a partner.
If you cannot remember your agency’s login credentials, contact your affiliate manager. You can find their contact details on the main page of your account.
Use your affiliate link and ID
Go to your affiliate account using the login credentials you received when submitting your application. Your affiliate link will appear at the top of the screen.
Link
Copy the link and add it to your content so that users can follow it and create a SendPulse account.
ID
You can recommend both SendPulse as a whole or its individual tools. To recommend specific tools, use your link ID (the last digits that appear after #). For example, if your link is https://sendpulse.com/#11111, then your ID is 11111.
Copy the ID along with the # sign. Add this value to any SendPulse landing page. The link must lead to a page where users can create a SendPulse account.
For example, let’s take our chatbot builder’s landing page. With your ID, this link will look like this: https://sendpulse.com/ua/features/chatbot/telegram#affiliate_id.
If you want to promote the affiliate program and attract new partners, add your ID to https://sendpulse.ua/partners/affiliates (link to the affiliate program). It will look like this: https://sendpulse.ua/partners/affiliates#affiliate_id.
Once a user joins using your link, they become a new partner assigned to you as a subaffiliate. You will receive a commission on their invited clients’ payments.
Promote links
You can share your affiliate link on websites, blogs, social media, and other platforms or send it directly to potential SendPulse customers.
You can share your affiliate link if you follow these requirements:
- Don’t use email and SEO spam.
- Don’t use PPC systems or advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) to drive traffic from search engine ads.
Use discount coupons
To attract more new customers, you can offer a $20 discount.
Go to Promotion > Banners & Links to create a discount coupon link. Copy the link in the Coupon section, which looks like this: https://sendpulse.com?p=AFFILIATE_ID&coupon=id.
Replace AFFILIATE_ID with your affiliate link ID.
For example, if your affiliate link ID is 11111, and the coupon link is https://sendpulse.com?p=AFFILIATE_ID&coupon=COU-PON, then the final link will be https://sendpulse.com?p=11111&coupon=COU-PON. The coupon=id value does not change.
When users click the link, they will instantly see the coupon. To claim the discount, they must click Activate Coupon and create a SendPulse account. Once registered, they will become your affiliate, and coupon funds will be added to their SendPulse balance. Affiliates can use funds to pay for any SendPulse pricing plan.
You can also get a personalized coupon to add your company or brand name to the link. To do this, contact your affiliate manager.
Withdraw your commission
Income
You automatically earn a commission when your affiliate purchases a paid SendPulse pricing plan or adds funds to their balance.
Standard commission rate is 30% of the amount paid through your affiliate link. If your affiliates spend $1,000 or more on tools in a given month, you’ll receive an additional 10% bonus, bringing your total commission for that month to 40%.
You also earn a 10% commission when your affiliate tops up their SendPulse account balance without purchasing a pricing plan.
If you have subaffiliates, you’ll receive 5% of their invited users’ payments. Your subaffiliate will continue to earn standard commission as per the program terms.
You can earn a commission for up to two years after your invited user joins SendPulse.
To view statistics and billing history, go to Reports > Commissions.
Payout
You can use commissions to top up your SendPulse account or withdraw funds to PayPal. For country-specific payment options, contact your affiliate manager.
To enable reward withdrawal, go to My Profile > Payment Details. Select a payment method (PayPal or SendPulse account balance) and enter your details.
To view your available withdrawal amount, go to Reports > Payouts to me.
To withdraw funds, click Request Payment and select a payment method.
The Request Payment button will appear once your balance reaches the $100 minimum payout.
View key metrics
Every affiliate link has a unique ID that allows you to track campaign performance and monitor user activity across ad channels.
Ad channel tags
If you want to track which ad channels drive the most registrations and sales, add tags to your affiliate links. These tags can include sources, ad channels, campaign specifics, or other details.
To track an ad channel, go to the Ad channels tab in the left panel, and click Add channel.
Click the pencil icon and edit your channel in the following sections:
| Channel | Enter an ad channel name, such as Instagram or YouTube. |

Enter the code related to the ad channel name. Do not use spaces in your code. |
Click Save modified rows.
Add the generated values to your affiliate link as follows: https://sendpulse.com/#p=affiliate_id&chan=your_channel_code#
affiliate_id is your affiliate link ID that appears after the # sign, and your_channel_code is the code of your ad channel.
For example, if your ID is 11111 and you created a channel with the inst code, your link will look like this: https://sendpulse.com/#p=11111&chan=inst#.
You can track and compare ad channels using tags to determine which performs best. All clicks are logged in your statistics.
To view click statistics, go to Reports > Raw clicks, where all recorded clicks are listed. The Channel column will show the source of every click.
Reports
In the Reports tab, you will find conversion, clickthrough, sales performance, and commission statistics:

Affiliate program vs. Agency Area
Depending on your business needs, you can also manage customer relationships through the Agency Area. Here’s how it differs from the affiliate program.

You earn agency commission as long as your client is assigned to your agency. If they leave, affiliate commissions will apply instead.
