How to check your email campaing status
Find statistics about your delivered campaigns in the My campaigns section, in each separate campaign. After emails are delivered, statistics are collected. The stats data will be updated within 48 hours — the necessary period for resending and analyzing the delivery results.
View the general statistics of a campaign and its delivery errors on the Campaign statistics tab that is available after choosing the necessary campaign from a list. Specify the filter options to search for campaigns.
Every campaign has a status right after it sends that changes while delivering emails and collecting stats.
All the statistics are displayed in 3 diagram types: campaign statistics, delivery statistics, and error statistics. The reports are generated for every campaign you send and don't depend on the campaign type (test or final campaign). Every diagram shows the percentage of sent, delivered email messages, etc.
"Campaign Statistics" diagram
This displays the percentage of sent, delivered, and failed email messages.
|The number of recipients on the campaign's mailing list (has a value of 100%).
|The total number of recipients the email messages were sent to. If the value is less than 100%, there may be several reasons:
|The number of recipients that received campaign email messages. If there are any delivery errors, the total value is less than 100%
|The total number of recipients that didn't receive the messages because of errors. You can find more about errors in the "Errors statistics" diagram.
"Delivery Statistics" diagram
This displays the percentage of delivered and read messages. Also, it shows the number of recipients that clicked the link or unsubscribed.
|The total number of recipient mail servers that received email messages. If there are some delivery errors, the status value will be less than 100%. Find the errors and reasons for them in the Errors statistics diagram.
|The total number of recipients that opened and read email messages. The status value may be less than 100% because it depends on the recipients' behavior.
|Read and clicked a link
|The total number of recipients that opened, read the email, and clicked a link in the email message. The status value may be less than 100% because it depends on the recipients' behavior.
|The total number of recipients that unsubscribed form the campaign.
"Error Statistics" diagram
This displays the percentage of errors that occurred while sending/delivering a campaign (for example, a recipient email address doesn't exist, his/her inbox is full, and so on).
|One or two delivery attempts failed, but the attempts continue. The last email sending failed due to reasons beyond the service control — the recipient email server was unavailable or rejected the message.
|Address doesn't exist
|The delivery failed because there is no such an email address on the current domain.
|Spam by server
|Can happen because the recipient's server considered the message to be spam and rejected to receive it. Also, this error can occur if the recipient's email address is blocked.
|The recipient's mailbox is already full and can't receive new email messages. In this case, the email address becomes unavailable, and the message will be resent in 3 days. With each failed delivery attempt, the period when the email address is unavailable increases for one day till it reaches ten days.
|Marked spam by user
|If users send any complaints about your email messages, their email addresses are automatically added to the list of consistently unavailable emails.
|Delivery failed due to other reasons, and there is no detailed information about them. It can happen because of incorrect recipient email server settings. If you doubt the validity of the received status, contact our technical support.
|Domain name doesn't exist
|The mentioned domain name doesn't exist, and delivery to the recipient's email address is impossible. Verify email addresses from mailing lists before sending a campaign to avoid such mistakes.
