Keep website visitors informed about your recent news, order status updates, and more using web push notifications.

Let's learn how to add web push notifications to your website.

Activate web push notifications

Go to the Websites tab, select your website, and click Site settings. Select the Activate Web Push notifications checkbox, scroll down, and click Save.

You can add web push notifications to only websites with your own active domain. If you change the domain, you will need to repeat this process for your new website. Keep in mind that you cannot migrate your web push subscribers to another website.

Set up web push notifications

Click the Set up link that appears.

You will be redirected to the Site settings page in the Push section.

In this section, you can select your web push notification image and add a welcome message. In the Subscription Request tab, you can set up your subscription request.

Your web push notifications will be activated with default settings. Learn more: How to add a site to send push notifications – Set up a subscription request.

Test your web push notifications

Go to your website to see your web push subscription request.

Once you add web push notifications to your website, you will be able to send campaigns in the My Campaigns tab. In the Automation tab, you will be able to send automated campaigns.

To view subscriber data, click your website link in the Website settings section or the My Websites tab.
