The Messaging app pop-up element
Use this element to redirect users to a social media platform of your choice. You can add up to 10 social media icons to one pop-up. If you have a chatbot, you can link it to your pop-up to grow your chatbot audience and launch flows.
In the pop-up builder, select the Messaging app element and go to its settings.
Choose a social media platform
In the first field, select a social media icon and add button text. In the next field, paste the link to your social media page.
Connect a chatbot
If you have a connected chatbot in Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or Viber, you can choose the bot and the flow to launch once a user follows your link.
Save users’ contact details
To automatically create a user contact in your selected chatbot’s audience and the CRM system after they message you, turn on the Create a contact toggle.
If your selected pop-up type is Messaging app widget, you can also add a custom icon of your chatbot or social media page, type in a welcome message, and choose a pop-up layout.
