How to create a campaign for subscribers with a specific tag

You can send a campaign to those contacts who have or do not have a specific tag or set of tags. This way, you can take into account the peculiarities of the engagement level and preferences of your recipients for personalized work with each group.

How to create a campaign for all of your mailing lists

Click Create Campaign and go to the campaign builder.

In the first stage of creating a mailing list, select the type of recipients Subscribers with a tag.

Then, select a tag or multiple tags.

Please note that when sending a campaign to the Tagged Subscribers type of recipients, the campaign builder will select all contacts that have the selected tag, regardless of which mailing list the contact is in.

If you have selected the Mailing list recipient type with the Tag segment, the campaign will only be sent to contacts within the selected mailing list.

If you have selected multiple tags, you can filter contacts by any or all of the selected tags.

How to create a mailing list for a selected mailing list

You can select a mailing list and a segment with the selected tag — in this case, the campaign will only be sent to contacts within one mailing list.

To do this, in the first stage of creating a distribution, select the type of recipients Mailing list.

Then select a mailing list, check Segment List, and select the segment type Tag. Select the segment condition and the tag itself.

You can also add segmentation conditions and combine the and or or operators for one segment type and each or any for different segment types.

After selecting a segment, click Apply to let the system select contacts according to the filter conditions.

Next, continue creating your campaign as usual, choosing a sender address, email subject, template, and sending time.
