Simultaneous login in student accounts

Student accounts limit simultaneous logins to protect your data and keep performance consistent, regardless of the pricing plan.

Session limits

Student accounts are meant for individual use. Only one web session and one app session can be active simultaneously.

This means a student can stay logged in on one computer and one phone, but not on two computers or two phones at the same time.

Account sharing

If another user tries to log in, for example, using a different web browser, the system will automatically log out the previous session.

This prevents account sharing and protects students’ login credentials.
