The Thimbles pop-up element
Use this element to add thimbles that users can shuffle to win a promo code. This can help gamify contact collection and enhance user experience.
In the pop-up builder, select the Thimbles element and go to its settings.
Choose where to save the data
In the Variable field select or create a variable to store the value.
In the variables list, system variables can be found above the line while the variables you created in Pop-ups and CRM are found under the line.
Customize the element
Adjust element settings in the following sections.
| Promo code | Enter the promo code that users will get if they win. To add multiple promo codes, click Add promo code under the input field.
Promo codes will be distributed randomly. |
| Number of shuffle attempts | Set the number of shuffles users can make. |
| Button text | Enter a thimble button text. |
Customize the appearance
Adjust your thimbles’ appearance.
| Style | Select a thimble style. |
| Thimble color | Select the color of thimbles and game buttons.
Applicable only to the third style option. |
Add shuffle result text
Next, add text that will appear during and after shuffling.
| Pre-shuffle text | Enter the text that will appear before shuffling. |
| Winning text | Enter the text that will appear if a user wins. |
| Out-of-shuffles text | Enter the text that will appear if a user is out of shuffles and does not win. |
