The Comment pop-up element
Use this element to allow users to type in up to 5,000 characters of text. This will allow users to comment on your page, making it easier to gather feedback and enhance interactions with your website audience.
In the pop-up builder, select the Comment element and go to its settings.
Choose where to save the data
In the Variable field, select or create a variable to save the value to.
Add text cues
To clarify what you expect users to do, use the following settings:
| Placeholder text | Type in your placeholder text. |
| Display title | Turn on the toggle and name your comment field. |
Customize the appearance
In the Size section, select a comment box size: small (S), medium (M), or large (L).
