The Multiselect pop-up element
Use this element to allow users to select options using checkboxes. Unlike the Dropdown, Radio buttons, and Checkbox elements, the Multiselect element allows users to select multiple options instead of just one.
This element allows you to get several answers at once and increase the accuracy of data collection.
In the pop-up builder, select the Multiselect element and go to settings.
Choose where to save the data
In the Variable field, select or create a variable to store the values. The data from all options will be saved to a single variable as an array of values.
Customize the options
Choose your element settings in the following sections:
| Display title | Turn on the toggle and enter a title for the multiple-choice field. |
| Option text | Enter the text that visitors will see. |
| Value | Enter the value that will be saved to your variable. |
To add more options, click + Add option.
